Green Soup


Yesterday I made spinach soup, mostly exactly like this one except that after I simmered the potatoes and onion and spinach and four cloves of garlic (instead of three, and not regular garlic, but soy sauce pickled garlic) for 15 minutes and immersion blended the lot, then I added 1/2 cup heavy cream and some sprinkles of salt, pepper and nutmeg.  And then I ate it with some Costco pepperoni pizza.  
Why not?
This is how the rest of the soup looks now.  I guess not really so good, in the fridge in a glass jar between the milk and the juice, as pictured by Hipstamatic.  But I'm thinking of eating it again for breakfast.
