Elephants Never Forget

Making dinner is fun. Trying to think of what to make is not. This record is to remind me what I made, and maybe even occcasionally inspire you. Elephants don't have much to do with it all, except that I like them a lot!

Deca

restaurant on the 12th floor of the Ritz Carlton in downtown Chicago has an amazing dessert with the unamazing name of Baba. Which in Japanese means "old lady".  The "Deca"dent chocolate cake was also fabulous.  Unfortunately, because Gyukaku (above) was our first stop, we didn't have room in our stomachs to finish it completely.  Next time.  Because there will be one.
