This is a poor shot of the french macaroons that I spoke of as my first entry on this blog a few weeks ago. Alas, I may not be making them again in the near future. Two complications keep me from continued pursuit of macaroons; first, my lack of stand mixer. And, the impending birth of my second child...I'll keep you posted on both on my other blog. You let me know if you make macaroons!
