Tonight, "taco slice," made slightly exciting by the unusual addition of salsa. Vegetable were left to be desired though.

Making dinner is fun. Trying to think of what to make is not. This record is to remind me what I made, and maybe even occcasionally inspire you. Elephants don't have much to do with it all, except that I like them a lot!
